Press release from the issuing company

Featuring Two Hours of Content on Metallic Decorating Design & Troubleshooting

Topeka, Kan. – Week Two of the Foil & Specialty Effects Association’s Online Spring Summit opens on Wednesday, May 5. To be held virtually, the FSEA Online Spring Summit will appeal to a wide segment of the print community: graphic designers, brand owners, commercial printers, print finishers and binders.

Week Two – Metallic Decorating Design & Troubleshooting – features an overview of the different types of metallic decorating processes and a discussion of how each fits for specific applications and run types.

The programming also includes a panel of technicians and industry experts (Bertrand Hayoz, Bobst; Andy Dvorsky, Dvorsky Press Services; and Sean Hurley, MCD Inc.) who share troubleshooting tips for foil stamping and embossing challenges.

And, since no project succeeds without great paper or board, Neenah will share the trends that are influencing the possibilities for design and embellishment.

The FSEA Online Spring Summit: Add Value to Print will be held one day per week through May 19. Each weekly event will have a distinct programming theme.

Week Two (May 5): Metallic Decorating Design & Troubleshooting
Week Three (May 12): Binding and Finishing Design & Troubleshooting
Week Four (May 19): UV Coating Design & Troubleshooting
