Press release from the issuing company

Cleveland, Ohio – Proforma, the Technology and Business Success Leader, held their Proforma 2021 Virtual Elevate Event, April 6-8th, 2021. The focus of the event was to help provide Proforma Owners, Sales Reps and team members with the tools and resources they need to adapt to the new virtual business environment in which we find ourselves. The meeting was attended by more than 800 members of the Proforma Family, including 50 of the industry’s top Supplier Partners.

Kicking off the event, Vera Muzzillo, Proforma’s CEO, delivered a powerful message highlighting the success of the critical pivot strategy the company deployed this past year, as well as provided insight into the exciting tools and resources still to come for members of the Proforma Family. Muzzillo’s message of resourcefulness, motivation and perseverance was echoed by an all-star lineup of outside speakers. Andy Halko of Insivia, delivered an important message on the critical need for establishing a powerful digital footprint and positioning strategy, Dan Lier of Sales Mastery, presented new strategies for virtual prospecting, presenting and selling, while Courtney Clark’s message was on-point, highlighting the power of resilience in times of change. Inspirational speaker and record-breaking mountaineer, Shailee Basnet closed out the all-star lineup with a moving presentation about keeping your team motivated, making goals become reality and ultimately, finding a way through unforeseen challenges by embracing the path ahead.

“We are so excited that more than 800 members of the Proforma Family found it important to attend this valuable event,” said Vera Muzzillo. “No one could have imagined a year later we would still be reinventing the way we do business, so it’s important that we continue to communicate, network and share best practices and strategies for continued success. Each and every member of the Proforma Family has risen to the challenge and proven that the strength of the Proforma Network is truly in the hearts and minds of our Affiliate Members, Supplier Partners and Proforma Support Center Team.”

In addition to the powerful cast of outside speakers, other key presentations were delivered by Proforma Leadership on the topics of successful sales strategies and best practices, eCommerce program development, and social media strategies. The event also included two virtual networking happy hours, a celebratory Awards Ceremony recognizing more than 60 Owners for their sales success in 2020, and two interactive virtual Supplier Roundtable Sessions featuring valuable product trends and information.

“In typical Proforma fashion, Proforma delivered beyond expectations! Everything about the event was top notch, from the pre-event mailer ‘Event in a Box’, to the messages behind every session. The agenda was full of the exact content my team needed to keep us headed down the right path and focused on our goals. The virtual awards celebration, supplier roundtables and networking events were particularly exciting because they gave us an opportunity to connect with so many people we haven’t been able to see for so long. This is exactly what we needed to keep us focused for the months to come!” said Brenda Angelini, Owner of Proforma Angelini + Diamond Solutions in Houston, TX and Multi-Million Dollar Club Member.
