Melrose Park – Grafica Veneta S.p.A., one of the most important players in the book printing industry in Italy and Europe, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the majority stake in Lake Book Manufacturing, Inc. a leading and historical printing company in the American market.

The acquisition will provide the market with increased production capacity and US customers with cutting edge services by relying on the avant-garde technology of Grafica Veneta S.p.A. and its wide range of solutions. While Grafica Veneta will become the majority shareholder the entire Lake Book team will remain to operate and grow the business in the US.
