Tokyo, Japan – Seiko Epson Corporation today announced that a meeting of its board of directors had provisionally approved the following executive officer changes from April 1. The director changes are subject to final approval at the company's annual general meeting scheduled to be held on June 25, 2021.

1. Reasons for changes

As it renews its Epson 25 Corporate Vision, Epson has implemented these changes with the aims of further strengthening its corporate governance, and of accelerating its efforts to create a strong organization capable of generating ongoing improvements in corporate value and growth.

* He will retire as a director of Seiko Epson Corporation on June 25.
