Burlington, Wash. – imPRESSions Worldwide has sold a 22-3/4” cut-off WISPRINT40 press to DS Graphics | Universal Wilde (DSG|UW) in Canton, MA. In partnership with, Goss Graphic Systems (China) Co., Ltd who will manufacture and supply the pressline, imPRESSions will oversee the integration of all 3rd party vendors from the zero speed splicers to the log palletizer. This will be the first new WISPRINT40 installed in the USA.

DSG|UW, a longtime heatset printer is making the move to LED-UV web production for 64-page Book and 16-page Publication printing. They have invested over $3M to anchor web offset production in their new multiplatform production facility. This 40-inch wide press will offer a very high level of automation and allow 11" x 8.5" full-bleed page. New Baldwin blanket washers and LED-UV along with DCOS closed loop density and register highlight the long list of upgrades that includes a Jardis infeed and ribbon deck. Penn Graphics will supply new and rebuilt conveyors and stackers. AGT earned the order for UV Ink lines and automatic ink levelers.
