Rochester, N.Y. – Kodak and Southern Lithoplate Inc. (SLP) announced today a new alliance under which Southern Lithoplate will become a key supplier of Kodak solutions. This arrangement will leverage Southern Lithoplate’s strong customer relationships and expertise within the newspaper sector and Kodak’s world-class products and technology, providing the print industry with leading-edge solutions and support for increased profitability and success.
Southern Lithoplate is based in North Carolina and is well-known for their quality, value and service performance, as demonstrated by their loyal and dedicated customer base of newspaper and commercial printers across North America and around the world. Under the new agreement, SLP will be able to provide customers with innovative solutions from Kodak that will help them be more sustainable and grow their print operations.
Kodak is a leading provider of print solutions to newspaper printers and printers in general, who are moving to solutions that enable them to be profitable and sustainable. The partnership between Kodak and SLP will provide Kodak solutions, including KODAK SONORA Process Free Plates and KODAK LIBRA VP2 Plates, to a larger population of printers, allowing them to achieve greater efficiency, without compromising print quality or productivity.
