Sayville, N.Y. – The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP), the leading authority in sustainable certifications for the printing industry, announced it will be holding "Making the Difference with Sustainable Plastics: Transition to Sustainable Packaging with Inks, Coatings and Adhesives” webinar on December 15, 2020 at 2 pm EST.

This is a continuation of SGP's October 29, 2020 webinar on sustainable plastics featuring Theresa Vanna, print market specialist, Primex Plastics Corporation. Dr. Nikola Juhasz, Sun Chemical Corporation, global technical director, will join Ms. Vanna to introduce the role inks, coatings and adhesives play in sustainable packaging. The webinar will cover the latest information on sustainable products from Sun Chemical and the interaction with sustainable plastics. In addition, the panelists will share ideas and new approaches needed to understand the use of inks, coatings and adhesives, as well as, offer insights on how to discuss sustainable packaging materials with customers.

The webinar is free, open to the public and designed to help the printing industry, its suppliers and customers succeed in developing winning sustainability strategies. Simultaneously, SGP webinars support the continuous improvement activities of SGP certified print facilities.
