BelWo Helps Nashville-Based DNI Corp Meet the Demands of a Complex CCM Billing Project

Press release from the issuing company

Dallas, Tex. – BelWo, Inc., a global managed services provider specializing in customer communications management (CCM), was chosen by DNI Corp out of Nashville, TN, to support the configuration and implementation of a complex ongoing billing project for a new client. DNI is a B2B service provider that offers innovative solutions for high-volume transactional customer communications and direct mail fulfillment for a wide range of industries that include financial services, insurance, logistics and transportation, healthcare, not-for-profit and government agencies.

Key drivers in choosing BelWo for this critical project were BelWo’s deep subject matter expertise in CCM, its precise governance and documentation processes and knowledge of DNI’s existing infrastructure. With BelWo’s support, DNI was able to significantly streamline the development and deployment of a complex billing statement, making it possible for DNI to go live for its new client on budget and on schedule.

“This project was complex because it involved the complicated adjustment of original data files. The files came to us from a variety of antiquated systems, which led to some inherent set-up requirements and configurations that simply were not turnkey,” said Andrew Honeybone, president of DNI Corp. “In making the decision to bring on additional resources to support this project, I had high expectations of what the process and final product needed to be. I am happy to report BelWo’s team consistently met and exceeded those expectations. They have tremendous domain expertise and are a highly accountable group of people committed to the success of their clients.”

DNI also liked the fact that BelWo, a global organization with locations in the U.S., Canada and India, makes 24/7 customer support a priority. It was important to the DNI team to be able to tap the expertise of the BelWo team at any given time to stay on schedule with a project that involved everything from data translation to data composition to how those elements fit together. This included taking in data files, creating layouts, adding business logic and creating files for delivery through customers’ preferred channels. The ability to leverage the expertise of BelWo’s strong international technical group when needed made it possible for DNI to meet its customers’ expectations for this project without shouldering the cost of additional full-time employees.

“With time to market being so critical in today’s business world, the fact that we could help DNI meet its go-live schedule is very satisfying,” said Gautam Jit Kanwar, president and CEO of BelWo. “The ability to help a company meet its strategic goals and significantly improve its mission-critical customer communications processes is at the heart of what BelWo is designed to deliver. We are pleased that DNI benefited from that support.”
