Quadient Awarded Mailing Services Agreement with Premier Inc.

Press release from the issuing company

Milford, Conn. – Quadient, a leader in helping businesses create meaningful customer connections through digital and physical channels, announced today it has been awarded a group purchasing agreement for mailing services with Premier Inc., a leading healthcare improvement company. Effective immediately, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for Quadient’s cloud-based, outbound document automation platform, Quadient Impress.

Quadient Impress offers a suite of applications that work independently or seamlessly together, automating repetitive manual tasks related to the creation, distribution and output of patient communications, such as patients’ medical records and financial statements. When used with mailing equipment, users can manage pre-set business rules to add personalized messaging and ensure the right document goes into the right envelope, in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Users can send patient communications through eco-friendly, branded and secure digital document portals. And an outsourced hybrid mail service removes the distraction and time-consuming process of managing outbound mail, empowering employees to prepare and send patient communications with just a few clicks.

“We are proud to be introducing Quadient Impress to Premier’s hospital and healthcare provider members, especially at this time of unprecedented business process challenges due to the COVID-19 crisis,” said Alain Fairise, president & COO, North America, Quadient. “Social distancing, virtualization of non-essential staff and no-touch protocols are driving supply chain and department heads to seek solutions for document handling and patient communications. The cloud-based applications integrated into the Quadient Impress platform offer healthcare providers a comprehensive solution that saves them time, reduces costs and errors, as well as improves the patient experience—all through an intuitive, browser-based interface that accelerates and streamlines workflows from anywhere.”

Premier is a leading healthcare improvement company, uniting an alliance of approximately 4,000 U.S. hospitals and 200,000 other providers to transform healthcare.
