Richard Brubaker has been named director of finance for xpedx, effective January 1, 2001. In his new role, Richard will oversee financial operations; support the Activity Value Analysis process and play a major role in establishing a commonality of processes across the company. He will work to create synergies for optimizing our size, simplifying processes and eliminating redundancies. Richard will report to Tom Costello, president, and will be based at the Covington, KY headquarters. Richard joins xpedx from International Paper's Building Materials Group, where he most recently served as controller and successfully led the business through its first group strategy development, capital and operating plans. Richard holds a bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting from Rider University.
