PETERSBURG, FL, January 4, 2001 - Danka Business Systems PLC (NASDAQ: DANKY) today announced agreements totaling more than $38 million with Kinko's Inc., a world leader in visual communications services and document copying. The agreement includes initial placements of Canon CLC 1120 and CLC 1150 Color Laser Copiers and other color copiers over the next four months. The new contract for Canon equipment builds upon a previous contract for Canon imageRUNNER™ 600/550 digital copiers, which was announced in March. Danka will also service and support this equipment.
