Roger began his career in the printing industry with Ace Forms in 1971.

About Roger Buck
Roger has been involved his entire business career (since 1971) in the business forms/documents segment of the printing industry. His formative years in the business (1971-1985) were with Pittsburg, KS-based Ace Forms.

In 1987, Roger joined Girard, KS-based Perfection Forms as Marketing Manager. Perfection experienced a series of acquisitions including Continuous Forms & Checks where he was National Account Manager. CFC and Perfection were eventually acquired by what is now known as Cenveo.

In 1999, Roger left Cenveo to join Ft. Scott, KS-based Ward/Kraft as National Sales Manager. Roger left W/K in early 2007 to take a Business Development Manager position with Appleton Papers specializing in Security and Technical Papers.

In December 2008, Roger left Appleton to form his own marketing consulting firm Emerging Solutions Now, LLC.

In December 2010, Roger joined St. Louis-based The Flesh Company as Marketing Director.

In June 2017, Roger joined Corporate Development Associates as an Associate and on July 1, 2020 was promoted to Managing Director of the St. Louis office.
