Adobe Positioned Highest Overall for Ability to Execute and Furthest Overall for Completeness of Vision

San Jose, Calif. — Adobe today announced that the company has been named a Leader by Gartner, Inc. in the 2020 “Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs” research report. This recognition marks the third straight year of Adobe being positioned in the Leaders quadrant. As one of 19 vendors evaluated, Adobe was positioned highest overall for ability to execute and furthest overall for completeness of vision.

“Consumers dictate when, where and how they want to engage with a brand, and they expect each interaction to feel relevant and compelling,” said Sunil Menon, senior director, product marketing, Adobe Experience Cloud. “With Adobe Campaign, brands can intelligently connect customer engagements across multiple touchpoints to anticipate needs and ultimately deliver more contextual, personal experiences."

According to the report, “Gartner defines the multichannel marketing hub as a technology that orchestrates a company’s communications with and offers to customer segments across multiple channels. These include websites, mobile, social, direct mail, call centers, digital advertising and email.”

Adobe Campaign, the company’s multichannel campaign management offering helps brands manage and enrich customer profiles from real time customer data gathered from Adobe Experience Platform, other Adobe Experience Cloud applications and enterprise data sources. With this profile, brands can orchestrate campaigns across online channels like email, web and mobile, as well as offline channels like direct mail. Additionally, with Journey Orchestration, brands can connect customer touchpoints to deliver a truly individualized experience, increasing loyalty and ultimately driving higher revenue.
