Cenveo Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Update

Press release from the issuing company

Cenveo is acutely aware of the importance of preparation in times of such global health concern as the coronavirus (COVID-19). As we continue to monitor the evolving situation we maintain our focus on our commitment to the welfare of our clients and employees.

In accordance with our established continuity plans, precautionary measures have been put in place at both our office and manufacturing facilities, to mitigate risk as we continue to operate in our regular course of business.

Education regarding the coronavirus and emphasis on respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene to all employees

Asking employees to remain home from work if:

They are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, and/or sore throat

They have been in close contact with an individual who has either tested positive for or currently being evaluated for COVID-19

Restricting non-critical business travel

Limiting office and manufacturing facility exposure to business-critical visitors

Review of teleconferencing and other work-at-home technologies

Enhanced workplace cleaning procedures of frequently touched surfaces

Enforcing safe distance between colleagues and limiting handshakes and in-person meetings

Advising employees prior to non-business related travel of latest Centers for Disease Control (CDC) notices and procedures upon return

Cenveo is receiving regular updates and recommendations from public health organizations such as the CDC and plans to be able to respond to varying levels of severity as we refine our response plan as needed. While the necessary level of response is still unknown Cenveo’s response program is guided by, but not limited to, the following principles:

Adaptable – continuous change in conditions results in a program that must evolve and continuously be developed and reviewed

Communicated – ongoing communication with all stakeholders on course of action, plans, and measures

Collaborative – constant iteration of plans and procedures based on best practices of others and guidance from public health authorities

Empowering – providing local managers with the authority to take appropriate actions in accordance with Cenveo’s infectious disease outbreak response plan

Localized – emphasis on varying situations and intensity by geographic location and the need for unique response in coordination with state and local health officials for timely response
