While we hear a lot about companies transforming into marketing services organizations, you would be hard pressed to find a better model for success than the one that is constantly being crafted and perfected at IWCO Direct (Chanhassen, MN).Frank Beddor originally founded IWCO Direct as Instant Services, Inc. in 1969. After installing its first web press, the company changed its name to Instant Web, Inc. in 1976. The company continued to grow, becoming The Instant Web Companies (IWCO) with the acquisition of United Mailing, Inc. in 1977 and Victory Envelope in 1981. In 1985, the company opened a facility in Little Falls, MN, 110 miles north of its headquarters. A year later, it moved into what is now one of the nation’s largest and most advanced commercial lettershops.

IWCO Direct has transformed itself from a small family-held company servicing a local market to a national provider of direct marketing services.

In 2010, the company acquired the U.S. operations of Transcontinental Direct. This transaction provided IWCO Direct with a national footprint to further strengthen its exceptional ability to execute and deliver highly effective direct marketing campaigns. Through this acquisition, IWCO Direct also acquired Mail-Gard®, which added critical communications recovery services to IWCO Direct's service offerings.
