Eurojersey Leverages Digital Print for Knitted Collections

Founded in 1960, Eurojersey is a vertical manufacturer of printed and plain dyed fabrics serving the apparel industry worldwide. As a specialist in the field of knitted textiles, Eurojersey has over the years become a trusted reference point in the sector of Italian-made warp knit fabrics, thanks to their patented range Sensitive® Fabrics, which are used by many leading brands for sportswear, ready-to-wear, intimate apparel, and swimwear markets. The company is supported by a fully integrated production plant, from knitting to dyeing, through finishing and printing. Underpinning the company’s success is a business strategy that combines innovation and constant attention to quality with the sustainable development of large-scale production.

Eurojersey began their activities at the end of the 1950s, as a producer of warp-knitted fabrics. Having designed and created Sensitive® Fabrics, which is now a registered trademark around the world, the company continues to lead the market in technical fabric innovation and sustainable sourcing.

“We started printing many years ago and have a strong tradition,” commented Andrea Crespi, Managing Director, Eurojersey S.p.A. “We began as traditional printers and then 10 years ago we implemented digital printing—our experience in the field grew from there on. Today our collaboration with Epson is fundamental: We consider ourselves atypical printers because at Eurojersey we use this technology on our Sensitive® Fabrics to enhance the fabrics features. Therefore, after undergoing this high-technology digital printing process, the fabric has a different appearance and different properties with respect to our plain color products.
