This story was still hot off the press when Schwab Editor-In-Chief Sara Smith reached out to assure me that print was not being abandoned by her firm. On the contrary, she says:
"Your recent article in Printing News was brought to my attention, so I thought I’d reach out. Thank you for your feedback and for your many years as a reader of On Investing. It’s always rewarding to hear how much our clients enjoyed it. I did want to make sure you were aware that we still have a print magazine you can subscribe to if you want to. Onward is very similar to On Investing, but it’s perfect-bound with a higher page count and more of an emphasis on wealth-management topics. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll make sure you’re enrolled."
