Thanks for your reflections Ralf - I think many will have a similar view to you. From the hardware perspective, I don't think you can beat the up front and personal opportunity that face to face events offer. That ability to truly evaluate the quality of a a printed piece, to size up a piece of kit and to discuss the pros and cons with knowledgeable staff can't be beaten. It will happen again.
