At a former company there was a new VP of Sales that used essentially the same fill-in-the-blank form. For Biz Dev, it was an invaluable exercise, and effectively focused the business project. It reveals a lot about how well the goal/issue is actually understood. It ultimately will save a ton of productivity time and likely money as well.
