Press release from the issuing company
East Greenwich, R.I. – SurveyAdvantage released their Print and Sign industry segment Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction awards for the quarter ending June 30, 2019. Performers in the top quartile achieved a Net Promoter Score greater than 97; in the top-middle quartile 90; in the bottom-middle quartile 85; the bottom quartile achieved less than 84.

Awards are based on a compilation of feedback and buyer reviews gathered from companies participating in SurveyAdvantage’s online feedback service called LoyaltyLoop. LoyaltyLoop enables local businesses of all types to react quickly to customer feedback and complaints, as well as automatically encourage online reviews to be posted on Google, Facebook and their website.
To qualify for the award, participating companies must have customer satisfaction results for each of the three months of the quarter, with no fewer than 15 survey respondents in each month. An overall winner is chosen based on the overall Net Promoter Score for the quarter. To break a tie, the company with the higher NPS and quarterly survey response rate is chosen.
