SeaChange Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary

Press release from the issuing company

Minneapolis, Minn. – SeaChange Print Innovations has reached a milestone this March, celebrating 5 years of business. The company has grown from the dreams of Owner/CEO & President, Wendi Breuer and all of the dedicated SeaChangers to a company more than 100 employees strong, and growth of 75% in the past five years. SeaChange has invested $10 million in new equipment, technology and IT infrastructure. And they’ve created a culture where values are key.

“SeaChange launched in 2014 with a tall mission to redefine print by bringing inspiration and innovation to those we serve, every single day. While our path has not been without challenges, having an unbelievably smart and ambitious team of SeaChangers working side by side has made the most remarkable journey I could imagine,” – notes Wendi Breuer, President and CEO.

SeaChange launched in 2014, and immediately was set out to transform the print industry. It was a big goal, but thanks to their amazing clients who recognize their values and appreciate their “no surprises” approach, they’ve created a business that makes them immensely proud and grateful. Just five years later SeaChange has:

  • Become 100 employees strong.
  • Nearly doubled in revenue.
  • Created a culture based on core values that define every decision they make.
  • Invested $10 million in new equipment, technology and IT infrastructure.
  • Earned WBENC, HITRUST, SOC2 accreditations and HIPAA compliance.
  • Volunteered with the Children’s Crisis Nursery, cleaned up parks for Earth Day, and supported other community organizations.
  • Earned some great awards (check them out in their past blog posts!).
  • Built incredible relationships with designers, production managers, and others.

SeaChange is celebrating their fifth anniversary by hosting an anniversary party for their employees. And they are showing gratitude for their clients who have joined them on this journey by sending a symbol of transformation: a dragonfly key chain.

Here’s to another five years!
