Enterprise Solutions Technology Leader, Doug Cox, Joins BelWo, Inc. to Support Worldwide Growth

Dallas, Tex. – BelWo Inc., a global managed services provider specializing in customer communications management (CCM), announced today that Doug Cox has joined the company as vice president. Cox has a consistent track record of success delivering mission-critical CCM software products and solutions to industry-leading enterprises and service providers. He will have a key role on the BelWo leadership team supporting the company’s vision and strategy for growth. His responsibilities include growing BelWo’s custom solution development capabilities and managed services, as well as strategic resource management.

Prior to joining BelWo, Cox held the position of chief strategy officer for Elixir Technologies with global responsibility for Elixir’s transition from on-premise customized development and managed services to a SaaS software product company. Prior to Elixir, Cox held several leadership positions focused on strategy and execution in customer communications and customer experience, including his positions as worldwide vice president, product marketing and general manager and president, North America operations for Quadient (formerly GMC Software). Additionally, Cox worked as corporate director of strategic development for Fiserv Output Solutions.

Cox holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Science in Business Computing & Finance from Texas A&M University.
