MIS solutions company, Tharstern, who provide for the print, packaging and labelling industries will be exhibiting again at Dscoop this year. But this year they have been asked to deliver two presentations.

Tharstern are experts in integration and automation, so CEO, Keith McMurtrie will be delivering a talk on his specialist subject, automated workflows. Keith will be detailing why automated cultures are crucial in a print business. He will also give examples of why automated workflows don’t work for some print businesses and how this can be changed by adopting a ‘Shift Left’ culture in a business.

The other Tharstern presentation will be delivered by Susan Moore, VP of US Sales, who has been in the print industry for 37 years and has a passion for great customer service - which is what she will be talking about at Dscoop. Customer Experience (CX) is so important in any industry and Susan is going to share her knowledge on how to implement a CX programme in a print business, as well as give some examples of great CX that everyone can learn from.
