Harris & Bruno International announces that Remote Support is now a standard feature on every ExcelCoat offline/inline coater for UV & AQ.
"This new option allows us to access a customer's machine in real time to help diagnose problems quickly and efficiently, minimizing down-time and getting customers back into production quicker," said H&B Global Service Manager Doug Corbett.
Remote Support for sheetfed or web ExcelCoats includes a web cam for troubleshooting coating application or mechanical issues, and Wi-Fi access for remote electrical diagnostics. Remote Support retrofits are available for prior installs.
H&B Remote Support became standard due to the increase of large, integrated printers utilizing ExcelCoats across multiple shifts.
"We are very excited to be adding a Remote Support option to help enhance our customer service capabilities," Corbett said.
