Colleyville, Tex. – Madison Advisors—Madison Advisors announced that senior analyst, Gina Ferrara, will be addressing Quadient Inspire Days attendees in a workshop, “Keeping the Customer in Mind When Going Digital.” Quadient Inspire Days Americas is planned for September 19-21 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston.

The pressure is on for companies to move as quickly as possible to keep up and provide the digital experience their consumers want. Ferrara’s session will discuss why companies embarking on a digital transformation initiative have the perfect opportunity to re-evaluate existing business processes that will be critical to support newly offered channels that meet those customer demands. The steps needed to upgrade business processes and workflows to integrate digital technology into all areas of the business and improve interactions at every customer touchpoint will be explored. Gina Ferrara brings more than 19 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry working as a project manager/business analyst in ecommerce, with several years focused on online banking, electronic bill payment, ecommerce and print and mail optimization. Her project management consulting experience includes print and mail operations, postal optimization and address quality, as well as multichannel delivery. She is a frequent speaker at notable industry conferences that include Xplor, Document Strategy Forum and Graph Expo.
