On Thursday, March 22, Senator Carper introduced the Postal Service Reform Act of 2018 (S. 2629) – comprehensive legislation aimed at improving the financial viability of the U.S. Postal Service.

“The United States Postal Service is a vital American institution that deserves every opportunity to fulfill its mission to provide valuable postal services in rural and urban communities across the country. We applaud Senator Carper for providing a good step forward in establishing a roadmap for financial viability to the U.S. Postal Service - a long sought after goal needed to bring about rate stability and continued reliable customer service.
