CHAMBERSBURG, PA – (September 09, 2008) Michael Jackson of Chambersburg has been named senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of e-LYNXX, the parent company of American Print Management and Government Print Management.

“As we grow, we need professional leadership to expand our services and customer base,” said William Gindlesperger, founder, chairman and chief executive officer of e-LYNXX. “Mike brings a distinguished record of senior level accomplishments to us. He and his team already are building new customer relationships for American Print Management at the national and international levels. As COO of e-LYNXX, he is responsible for exceeding the expectations of the company’s prestigious clients including some of the largest corporations in the United States and Canada."

Prior to joining e-LYNXX, Jackson directed the outsourcing operations of the U.S. Consumer Business Group of Dell, Inc. before being promoted to manage Dell's worldwide customer care outsourcing capability.  He moved from Dell to Convergys Corporation to become vice president for International Development and was promoted to vice president for North American Operations.

Jackson holds advanced degrees from the University of Akron in Biomedical Engineering; the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in the Executive Management Program; and the Aresty Institute of Executive Education of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Business Process Outsourcing: Cost, Productivity and Competition.

American Print Management works with print buyers to reduce their measurable hard-dollar costs of print marketing, direct mail, commercial print and packaging.  This is accomplished through the combination of a sophisticated workflow and communications system, a menu of professional services and the application of the company’s U. S. patented business method.  Government Print Management works with print suppliers to gain U. S. Government Printing Office and other government work.
