Messagepoint, Inc. Highlights Benefits of Award-Winning Messagepoint at PRINT 17

Press release from the issuing company

Messagepoint Offers a Full Multi-tenant Solution for Effectively Managing Omnichannel Customer Communications

TORONTO - Messagepoint Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) space, will be showcasing its powerful cloud-based content management platform, Messagepoint®, in Booth #455 at PRINT 17 being held September 10–14 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Messagepoint serves the customer communications management (CCM) needs of both print service providers (PSPs) and their enterprise customers by providing an intuitive, collaborative and secure environment for enterprises to own and manage content and proofing prior to going live in production with customer-facing print and digital communications.

Messagepoint’s enterprise scale platform solves the issues PSPs often face when managing different types and channels of customer communications. With Messagepoint, business users can create, modify and approve personalized customer messaging content and targeting rules in touchpoints/communications across channels through an intuitive user interface. The approved content and rules can then be bundled and downloaded to a secure network and run with live data and the preferred CCM engine. The print service provider environment can then securely handle the delivery via print, email, web, and/or other digital channels.

“Flexibility is key for today’s fast-paced business communications,” said Jamie Harris, vice president, diversified services. “Today, every communication should be channel-agnostic. We look forward to showing Print 17 visitors the many ways Messagepoint makes it possible to provide the omnichannel experience that today’s customers are expecting.”

Messagepoint, Inc. staff will also be available to discuss the company’s Production Partner Program.  The program is tailored specifically to print, marketing and application service providers, as well as business process outsourcers. It is designed to accelerate and simplify the addition of Messagepoint’s capabilities to their mix of customer offerings, creating a new revenue stream. The program provides pricing options for service providers of all sizes with models built to meet their specific needs.
