The Kennickell Group Upgrades to New Digital Press

Press release from the issuing company

Savannah, GA – The Kennickell Group, a 125 year old print, direct mail and fulfillment company, has purchased a new ZX3300 Kodak NexPress to add to its group of digital and offset presses.  The ZX3300 can print a maximum sheet size of 39 inches, is 30% faster than the current models, and has the ability to print white ink, gold foil ink, and also 3-D textures. It can print on a wide variety of substrates beyond just paper, including plastics, synthetics and magnets.

“This press has the capability to print at a quality level never obtained on digital presses before,” stated Al Kennickell, president of the Kennickell Group. “The large sheet size allows for jobs to be printed digitally that before had to be printed on an offset press, making it much more cost effective. Our clients are going to be thrilled with what they can now do on a digital press, and their creative departments will love it!”

The Kennickell Group is a Savannah-based company that believes whole heartedly in buying local.  It provides print, mailing services, vehicle wraps, custom wall coverings, inventory management and online ordering portals.
