Glastonbury, CT - Industrial printing technology veteran David Loos, in conjunction with his strategic business partners, announces the acquisition of the commercial printing and newspaper business units of FASTechnology Group. Under the control and leadership of Loos and his ownership team, a new corporate entity named ECS, Enternet Control Systems, has been formed and shall lead controller research & development, direct operations, and invest in the overall support infrastructure for the existing nationwide installed base.

Joe Hattrup, President and CEO of FASTech states "Over the next 2 years Fastech will work closely with ECS to ensure a seamless transition and the best of class service for the magazine, catalogs and newspaper bindery line business."

The new ECS will continue the sales and development of the Enternet controller as well as adding next generation inkjet and camera systems to their portfolio of solutions to the industry. ECS will offer a complete line of proven thermal and piezo inkjet solutions and a complete line of bindery line camera solutions.

All of the key long-term employees have agreed to come over to ECS based out of Glastonbury, CT.
