Ennis Still Ranked No. 1 Reseller in Printing Industry

Press release from the issuing company

Midlothian, TX – The November 2015 issue of Print+Promo magazine has ranked Ennis, Inc.,  the No. 1 company in the print industry, a position it has held for over a decade.  With $580 million in sales, Ennis achieved a 7 percent increase over last year, compared to the industry average of 2 percent. The annual ranking recognizes the nation’s top 50 suppliers based on revenue for the last fiscal year completed.

Ennis’ success can be attributed in part to the acquisition of Kay Toledo Tag and Special Service Partners (SPP), which also contributed to Ennis ranking No. 3 in the tag and label category.  As would be expected, Ennis took the No. 1 slot for forms as well.

Founded in 1909, the company, with its 54 print and 10 apparel facilities, operates in two business segments: the Print Segment ("Print") and Apparel Segment ("Apparel"). The Print Segment is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling business forms, other printed business products, printed and electronic media, presentation products, flex-o-graphic printing, advertising specialties, internal bank forms, plastic cards, secure and negotiable documents, envelopes and other custom products. The Apparel Segment manufactures and distributes T-shirts and fleece products through six distribution centers located throughout North America.
