RR Donnelley Awarded $300 Million Contract With JCPenney

CHICAGO--May 5, 2004-- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a $300 million multi-year contract with JCPenney. The agreement represents a significant extension of an existing relationship in which RR Donnelley produces catalogs and provides related premedia services. RR Donnelley also provides JCPenney with logistics services through RR Donnelley Logistics, and with forms, labels, commercial printing, warehousing, and pick and pack distribution services through Moore Wallace, an RR Donnelley company.
