BLUE’s Scott Strong to Share “Practice Makes Perfect” at PACE Forum, February 10

Press release from the issuing company

CHICAGO, IL - BLUE Software, LLC, developers of BLUE!, the market leader in brand asset lifecycle management software, announced that Scott A. Strong, Chief Executive Officer, will present “Practice Makes Perfect” at the Packaging and Converting Executive Forum in Brussels, February 10.

The 2015 PACE Forum gathers industry executives looking to equip their organizations with best-in-class technologies, processes and practices to support the increasing rate of change in today’s marketplace.

Strong will address this elite group of industry specialists and key decision makers from the world’s leading fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand owners on the power of technology to produce transformative effects on companies’ speed to market, regulatory compliance, and ultimately brand performance.

“PACE is a unique forum for us to share the benefits of our recent independent company status with new and returning delegates. I’m excited to share an accelerated product development roadmap, the new BLUE 3.6 Text Compare Module, Copy Management System (CMS) Improvements, and Online Proofing in HTML5,” said Strong. “The most dramatic part is that we’ve made proofreading virtually automatic and highly reliable. What has previously been a tedious, time-consuming and error-prone activity is now systemized, ensuring errors are caught early in the process to avoid costly mistakes.”

Strong has a 20-year track record of key consulting and new business roles at global technology companies specializing in solutions that deliver enhanced business performance, and has been at the helm of BLUE for 5 years. Strong previously held positions as diverse as Technology Consultant at Accenture, Design Engineer at GE Transportation and senior sales positions at Siemens PLM and MSC Software. Strong earned his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
