Ennis Completes Acquisition of Assets of Sovereign Business Forms

Press release from the issuing company

Midlothian, TX – Ennis, Inc. is proud to announce the completion of our acquisition of the assets of Sovereign Business Forms. Mutual Graphics in Knoxville, TN, TRI-C Business Forms in Houston, TX, Falcon Business Forms in Corsicana, TX, Forms Manufacturer in Girard, KS and Curtis Business Forms in Holyoke, MA will all continue to operate at their same locations under their current trade names.

“I want to start by saying welcome to all of our new customers and employees”, said Keith S. Walters, Chairman, CEO & President of Ennis.  “Although the five plants were owned by Sovereign Business Forms, they all were managed locally and are well known regional brands.  This decentralized style of management fits the Ennis model, allowing the local managers and employees the ability to quickly react to customer and market needs.”

Ennis values the great reputation that each individual brand has already established in their market area.  The acquisition will give these strong brands access to an expanded customer base, state of the art systems, online tools, support personnel and allow them to leverage purchasing power.
