Torham Packaging Installs New KBA Rapida105 Sheetfed Press

Williston, VT. KBA North America, a leading sheetfed offset press manufacturer, has announced that Torham Packaging Inc., a privately-owned custom manufacturer of paperboard boxes located in Hamilton, Ontario and a member of the Rosmar Packaging Group of Montreal, installed a KBA Rapida 105 41" seven-color sheetfed press with interstation UV coating capabilities in June 2003. "We needed a new press that brought us more flexibility, more efficiency, and faster turnaround to move into new markets," says Leo Puzinas,vice-president of operations. "We've always had a good relationship with KBA. We've owned two KBA six-color presses and still operate one of those. Now our new Rapida 105 seven-color press with UV coating capability gives us even higher quality, one-pass productivity and even more throughput."
