Multinational Concepts Expands with KODAK NEXPRESS SX

Press release from the issuing company

Nigerian company targets photo-book and security printing markets

DUBAI, U.A.E., - Multinational Concepts Limited has invested in a KODAK NEXPRESS SX Digital Production Color Press with fifth imaging unit to help it  meet increasing demand for high quality, fast turnaround digital print and expand into new markets. The investment is part of the multi-faceted print and design company's strategy to develop and expand into the digital marketplace and extend its portfolio with photo-book and security printing products. The KODAK NEXPRESS SX Digital Production Color Press will be installed at their plant in Lagos, Nigeria.

Andrew Esuabanga, Chairman and CEO says, "This press delivers a quality of print unparalleled in the market. We know that the products we will produce on the Kodak Press will differentiate us from our competition. We were also impressed with the extended print size upgradeable to 610mm and then 910mm for banner and dimensional printing applications.

Multinational made the investment after seeing the press on demonstration at drupa with their local distributor FC Exports and Mr Esuabanga comments: "A key factor in our decision was that we have a strong relationship with FC Exports. They helped us make the transition from analog to digital plate making in 2011 and a year ago helped us install a KODAK TRENDSETTER 800 Platesetter and KODAK PRINERGY EVO Workflow System. We receive excellent service and support from them so when we were looking to invest in a digital production colour press we listened to their advice and selected the KODAK NEXPRESS Press."

Established in 1997 as a marketing communications company, Multinational Concepts Limited was developed to meet a requirement for professional, high quality security sensitive print. With an impressive range of international clients the company is driven by a passion to ensure excellence and brand loyalty at international standards. Esuabanga continues, "Not only do we surpass our clients' expectations in areas of core competencies but our impact on brand performance is real and measurable. With this investment in the KODAK NEXPRESS Digital Color Press, we will have the capability to produce high quality digital print in short runs and fast turnaround. This will serve to strengthen our client relationships even further."
