Polestar to Acquire httprint

October 23, 2003 -- The Polestar Group has agreed to acquire the European business of e-commerce solutions provider httprint and is currently in the process of finalising the contractual arrangements to purchase the company’s print-specific software sales and development operations.
Chief Executive Barry Hibbert says: “This adds to the strategic direction of Polestar as a print and data solutions group, as we continue to aid our current customers’ methods of working and to attract new revenue streams to our business.”
A further statement will be made on completion of the contract in the next few days.
