V3 Installs KODAK MAGNUS Platesetter

Press release from the issuing company

V3 has unveiled one of several equipment and technology acquisitions, as part of its ongoing efforts to increase efficiencies, expand quality control and enhance services.

Recently added to V3’s equipment arsenal is a KODAK MAGNUS 800 Platesetter, the only eight-page computer-to-plate (CTP) device in the industry with automated pallet loading of up to 600 plates. Advanced automation and imaging technologies offer exceptional productivity, accuracy and quality. Supporting V3’s sustainability goals is the device’s powerful CTP technology, which reduces water use and eliminates chemistry, processor costs and waste.

Reinvesting an average of 6.5 percent of its revenue annually in equipment and technology, V3 is serious about improving processes, products and performance. Dean Nixon, V3’s operations manager, concludes: “The addition of the KODAK MAGNUS 800 is just one example of how we continually invest in leading-edge technologies to raise the bar on what we offer and do for our clients.”
