Allstate And CC3 Install Roll Systems On Oce Variostreams

Press release from the issuing company

Burlington, MA (October 9, 2003) - Roll Systems pre- and post-processing systems for high-speed digital printers have been installed recently at a pair of customer locations on Océ's new VarioStream 7650 printing systems. CC3, of Ivyland, Pennsylvania, has installed five new Roll Systems Roll-to-Roll Systems on their VarioStream 7650 Twins. Allstate Insurance has installed four Roll AutoLoad Systems on their 7650s: two at their Irving, Texas, data center, and two at their Wheeling, Illinois facility. Roll's new high speed Roll-to-Roll System, as installed at CC3, accommodates the fastest digital printers. The Rewinder module of Roll-to-Roll features recent enhancements to allow the operator to switch between applications with virtually no adjustments, to provide more consistent rewinding tension for high quality rolls and to simplify thread-up. Roll-to-Roll permits unattended printing for hours, and brings unwinding benefits to the mailroom, for problem-free feeding of inserters or other finishing equipment. AutoLoad System, as installed at Allstate, generates fanfold stacks of up to 10,000 forms and provides an easy, efficient way to process continuous output for mailroom operations. Inserters are made more productive by bulk feeding of large stacks directly from Roll's StackRack forms transfer carts. Roll Systems is the world's largest manufacturer of automated paper handling, monitoring, converting, and finishing equipment for high-speed electronic and digital printing. Its products are sold and serviced in over 50 countries.
