Press release from the issuing company
ALPHARETTA, GA (September 2, 2008) - Two of Neenah Paper's flagship brands,
CLASSIC CREST and CLASSIC Linen Papers have had a makeover. Neenah Paper is proud to announce that both CLASSIC CREST and CLASSIC Linen Papers are now entirely FSC Certified (SW-COC-000885). Additionally, both offerings include two new 100% post consumer fiber sheets, Recycled 100 Bright White and Recycled 100 Natural White, as well as Green Seal Certified options consisting of a minimum of 30% post consumer fiber. They will both continue to be made carbon neutral.
"The FSC Certification is a natural extension for these two flagship brands," said Greg Maze, Brand Manager for CLASSIC CREST Papers. "We wanted to create an offering of premium papers with maximum printability that our customers can also count on to be environmentally friendly."
New environmental attributes are just part of the brand updates. With the continued growth of the digital printing market comes the need for a wider selection of premium digital papers. To meet this demand Neenah Paper now offers CLASSIC CREST and CLASSIC Linen Papers cut to size and surface treated for use in the most common types of digital equipment.
The changes in the color palettes of both brands are thoughtful and logical, yet fresh and intriguing. The seven new colors added to CLASSIC CREST Papers include rich mid-tones and deep accent colors. CLASSIC Linen has a completely new look with two new dark accents and three unique pearlescent colors creating a sophisticated and polished offering.
"These additions will continue to make our CLASSIC Brands the most complete communication choice in the industry," concluded Pam Hill, Brand Manger for CLASSIC Linen.
New environmental options, new colors, and new digital sizes are available from CLASSIC CREST and CLASSIC Linen Papers, making them more versatile than ever, relevant to designers and printers as well as corporate end-users.
