South African MIS market continues to adopt Prism WIN

Press release from the issuing company

Durban, South Africa — Adding to its already large market presence, Prism WIN has been installed at three South African printers within the past six months. First Impressions Labels, Gemprint, and Atlas Printers provide general commercial, digital, narrow web label, and shrink sleeve label printing. WIN provides a broad platform to run diverse printing operations on a single database and integrated management information system modules.

“Prism WIN continues to be a superior solution for South African printers and is well suited to businesses with multiple print offerings,” says Kirtesh Jagjivan, MD of Prism Business Solutions. “Our latest installations demonstrate the flexibility of WIN. We are automating processes from general commercial printing to shrink sleeve labels. And where required, we can do this within the same facility.”

Utilizing Prism WIN’s style sheets, companies can create custom workflows to support multiple business processes within the same database and installation.

First Impressions Labels is an award winning converter headquartered in Pinetown. Their customers include Shell, Coca-Cola, and SC Johnson. Gemprint of Buffalo City prints promotional materials such as clothing, rewards and trophies, and golf accessories. And Atlas Printers of KwaLulu-Natal is a general commercial printer offering a wide range of products from business stationary to annual reports.
