They were looking for an end-to-end platform for producing and archiving 5 million personalized documents a month and kept for seven years. In addition, they needed to integrate the statements into their Web portal for secure and high-speed access. With the joint RSD/GMC solution in place, the telecommunications company can now effectively manage the entire document lifecycle, from creation, production, distribution as well as storage, retrieval and reuse.
