KODAK MAGNUS 400 III Platesetter raises the stakes in the 4-up CTP market

The MAGNUS 400 III Platesetter builds on the success of its predecessor and takes production capabilities to the next level with a streamlined user interface, simpler serviceability, and a reduced environmental impact.

Designed to maximize press uptime by making the service process simpler, the MAGNUS 400 III Platesetter also boasts support for up to seven language options, an auto-recovery mechanism, and Gigabit Ethernet communication. In addition, the device features modern, efficient electronic components and a power saving feature for when the device is idle.

The new KODAK Intelligent Prepress Manager is a software-based feature that allows full remote monitoring of the plate line for higher productivity and efficiency along with standard and customizable reports that allow better management of the platemaking operation. The MAGNUS 400 III Platesetter offers full support for the KODAK Intelligent Prepress Manager.
