ARTS PDF Acquires Lantana Research Software Corporation

08/18/03 -- ARTS PDF, the leading PDF specialist and division of BinaryThing, today announced that it has acquired print production tool leader Lantana Research Software Corporation and its range of award-winning software. The acquisition expands ARTS PDF's publishing product range to include print production tools such as Crackerjack and PDF ImageWorks and enhances its range of tools for form processing and management. In addition, ARTS PDF has announced the appointment of former Lantana head, Gary Armstrong, as its new Vice President of Sales.
