Radius Solutions Announces Acquisition Of London-Based, Isys.

Chicago, IL – (August 20, 2003) Radius Solutions, an industry-leading supplier of ERP software to the print and packaging industry, known for its superior PECAS Vision product, experienced staff and comprehensive implementation plan, completed its acquisition of the London-based Isys, in July of this year.
Isys, the authors of the well-respected KEREN MIS system...were seen as a competitor of Radius... as Isys provides high-quality business software solutions to major printing and packaging customers in the UK and Europe. However, in July, 2003 Radius gained control of the assets and intellectual property rights of the London-based company.
As part of the agreement, Radius Solutions, will acquire 40 European customers, including leading printing and packaging companies in Portugal and the Netherlands, such as De La Rue, WG Baird and Southern Print.
“The acquisition will have an immediate positive effect on our annual maintenance revenues”, says Bob Wyllie Managing Director of Radius Solutions, “as we expect to migrate many of these new customers to the latest version of our current software product, PECAS Vision II.”
The Isys maintenance team will also join Radius Solutions in the Watford, England location.
With the acquisition of companies like Isys, Radius’ will continue to strengthen its reputation as the low risk ERP option for the printing and packaging industry.
