A S Hospitality selects Pace management system

Press release from the issuing company

Foster City, Calif. – EFI, a world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today announced that A S Hospitality has purchased the flexible EFI Pace print management solution to help improve productivity and streamline communication between multiple sites. A S Hospitality is a printing and graphic communications provider for the hospitality industry, serving more than 20,000 hotel properties and cruise lines since 1959.

Last year, A S Hospitality decided it was time to replace its cumbersome combination of older systems at its Memphis headquarters. After investigating several print MIS options, A S Hospitality selected EFI Pace because of its browser-based interface, strong reporting tools, the ability to customize features, and the system's unique modular approach.  The new system is being implemented now.

"We went into our product review familiar with EFI's prominent name in the industry, and .based on a positive experience with PSI at one of our other locations. As we looked more deeply at available options, EFI Pace was the clear winner to help us increase productivity and better communicate between locations," said Kerry Beaver, Vice President of Operations at Dexter Hospitality, the parent company of A S Hospitality. "In Memphis alone, as we replace seven systems with one, we anticipate a greatly streamlined workflow with significant  internal efficiencies, not to mention easier access to important information to better serve our customers."

EFI Pace is a fully integrated, browser-based print shop management program that includes software modules for estimating, scheduling, production, accounting, sales management and e-commerce. The solution provides an in-depth customer relationship management process to help businesses maximize opportunities. The full suite is accessible on both Mac and PC platforms to better leverage emerging technologies that are defining the digital workflow process. Most importantly, the scalable solution grows with the business and improves productivity at every step along the way.

Jay Farr, general manager of EFI Pace, said: "Print service providers face demanding customer requirements, tight deadlines and even tighter budgets every day – so their MIS system shouldn't add complexity but instead ensure smooth, efficient operations. EFI Pace will do just that for A S Hospitality, letting them focus on delivering outstanding products and top-notch customer service."
