New Jersey FASTSIGNS Franchise breaks into new markets

Press release from the issuing company

New Orleans, LA (SGIA) - Agfa Graphics announced today that FASTSIGNS of Lawrenceville, NJ, has been able to tap into new markets and sources of revenue since investing in an :Anapurna M4f earlier this year. Bill and Joan Belmont, co-owners of the New Jersey based FASTSIGNS sign and graphics center purchased the :Anapurna M4f in April 2009. The :Anapurna M4f  is a 63" 4-color UV flatbed printing solution with roll-to-roll option. It provides maximum flexibility of applications at the most economical price.

The Belmonts chose the :Anapurna system due to its ability to produce high resolution graphics and the dependability of the :Anapurna line. According to Bill Belmont, co-owner, "The printer has delivered on all of our expectations and has allowed us to approach markets that we could not have before with our previous equipment."

With print resolutions of 720 x 1440 dpi, the :Anapurna M4f delivers excellent photorealistic printing results for indoor and outdoor applications. This includes uncoated rigid media, such as corrugated boards, rigid plastics, exhibition panels, stage graphics and advertising panels, as well as roll media such as film, vinyl and paper, canvas and banners at top speeds up to 150ft/sq. per hour. There is no mounting, no waiting, no remakes. :Anapurna M4f uses UV ink for faster drying, material versatility and a wide color gamut.

Joan Belmont, co-owner also offered, "We have been able to produce output with higher resolution on many more materials which is pleasing to our customers." The Belmonts predict the sign industry will become even more competitive in the near future and suggested that providers like Agfa who push the envelope, forge technological innovation and maintain high quality service will be the vendors of choice going forward.

Agfa's :Anapurna family of industrial UV inkjet systems continue to make gains in the marketplace. :Anapurna systems are a sound choice for sign shops, exhibit houses, photo labs, commercial printers and specialty printers. Agfa's full portfolio inkjet solutions are being demonstrated at SGIA Expo 2009 October 7th-9th (booth #2223) in New Orleans.
