MISSION VIEJO, Calif., March 27, 2008 - Sir Speedy, a franchise network of printing and marketing services centers, has received a Franchise 50 Award from Franchise Business Review. This is the second year the company has received the award. Sir Speedy ranked number 23 in the Large Class, which represents franchise systems with 200 or more units. Sir Speedy also received a 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Award in the Business Services industry category.
To measure franchisee satisfaction, Franchise Business Review surveyed franchisees from 325 franchise companies, representing 45,000 franchisees. Franchises were evaluated in five areas: Training and Support, Franchise System, Franchisor/Franchisee Relations, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction. The 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards highlight those franchises whose validation among their franchisees was superior in the industry.
"I am honored to work with our network of franchisees. They are the reason for our success," said Richard Lowe, President of Sir Speedy. "As franchisors, we strive to play an integral role in helping our franchisees succeed as business owners. Their satisfaction is a company-wide priority for us, and the results of this survey help us to continue our efforts at building outstanding franchisor-franchisee relations."
