RR Donnelley Completes Purchase of Pro Line Printing

CHICAGO March 17, 2008 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company today announced that it has completed its previously announced purchase of Pro Line Printing, Inc., a multi-facility, privately held producer of retail inserts. The acquisition agreement was announced on February 27, 2008.
