Kodak Experts Offer Secrets to Enhancing Customer Communications at DMA Show

Press release from the issuing company

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 11-Kodak speakers will share their expertise on enhancing customer communications through color, variable data print and relationship management at the Direct Marketing Association Conference and Exhibition (DMA07), Oct. 13-18 in Chicago.
Pat McGrew, EDP, Data Center and Transaction Segment Evangelist, Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, will discuss how adding color and variable data techniques to digitally printed pieces can reach core audiences during her October 15 presentation titled, " Making Money The Old Fashioned Way….Print It!"  McGrew will explain how smart marketers are using new digital print technologies to turn traditional statements and routine correspondence into personalized, revenue generating promotional vehicles.
"Simple personalization is no longer a competitive advantage," said McGrew. "Differentiation requires event and demographic triggered personalization to maximize response rates and create well targeted customer focused communications."
In addition, Robert Barbera, Director, Business Development Services, US&C Region, Kodak's Graphic Communications Group, will further explore the importance of leveraging key customer data during the "CRM- Is it still relevant?" panel discussion, also scheduled for October 15. Barbera will comment on how changing technologies are impacting CRM programs and direct marketing initiatives. He will also participate in a follow up executive roundtable discussion on the topic on October 16.
Along with sharing the latest trends and new technologies shaping variable data printing, Kodak (booth 1561) will showcase business development, digital printing software, and monitor proofing solutions to help direct marketers and their print providers grow their businesses, enhance direct campaigns and save time on production.
